Every year, we jump back into the school year rhythm before Discipleship Hour and Set-up/Tear-down begins. Families reunite after a long Summer away and friendships are formed with the new families who’ve recently found home at Trinity Church. Don’t forget wet suits and towels for the kids! We always have a blast with bounce houses, snow cones, corn hole, food, and fellowship.
All Upcoming Events
After a beautiful Summer, we’re chompin’ at the bit to be in community. This is where intentional relationships begin and lite bites are provided.
If you have been struggling to find a rhythm in your spiritual discipline, trying to balance priorities, or find that you’re merely human (and not in control), then this morning will bless you. Let’s be real for a minute and take the time to encourage one another, be transparent, and draw near to Christ.
On Sunday, August 23, immediately following the service, we’re replacing our first Discipleship Hour with Rooted, a one-hour gathering for every parent, grandparent, and volunteer who invests in the next generation.
We want you to understand not just what we do in TrinityKids and Student Ministry, but why we do it. Every song we sing, every classroom we create, every lesson we teach, and every relationship we cultivate is shaped by a vision of helping children grow into men and women who know Christ and remain faithful throughout their lives.
The Open Table at The Mills’ Home
A relaxed lunch around the table. Kids are welcome. Come meet new friends, reconnect with old ones, and enjoy an afternoon together.
No presentation | No sign-up process | Just a table with an empty seat for you
The men of Trinity gather each Tuesday morning @ Panera to study the passage Pastor Ben will preach that Sunday, preparing our hearts for worship while growing together as disciples of Jesus. Whether you’re new to the Bible or have been following Christ for years, you’ll find authentic brotherhood, biblical encouragement, and practical application for everyday life.
Women’s Bible Study: Daniel – Standing Firm in Adversity
Join Cynthia for a 10-lesson study through the book of Daniel using Daniel: Standing Firm in Adversity by Paul S. Kim, part of the Gospel-Centered Life in the Bible series (available at church for $10, or from New Growth Press or Amazon for around $17). Daniel is the story of God’s people learning to live faithfully in a culture that isn’t their own – and standing firm when the pressure to conform is real. It’s a word we need in Lake Nona as much as they needed it in Babylon.
We meet Wednesday mornings from 10:00–11:30 a.m. at the home of Kim Tinetti, beginning Wednesday, August 26. Whether you’ve studied Scripture for years or are opening Daniel for the first time, you’ll find warm company, honest conversation, and encouragement to stand firm together.

Join us as we continue our Bible study in 1 Samuel, exploring what it means to follow God faithfully in seasons of change, leadership, failure, and faith. We’ll meet bi-weekly for Bible study with plenty of discussion, observation, and practical application.
Women’s Bible Study: Ezra & Nehemiah:
Join Jacquelyn and Katie for a 12-week study through Ezra and Nehemiah using Kathleen Nielson’s workbook (available on Amazon for $9.99). We’ll kick things off with an in-person gathering at Canvas on Sunday, August 16, at 12:30 p.m., where we’ll get to know one another, introduce the study, discuss pages 7–10, and work through the questions on pages 9–10.
After that, we’ll meet weekly via Zoom on Wednesdays from 8:00–9:00 p.m., beginning August 26 and continuing through November 18.
Can’t make the kickoff? No problem! We’d still love for you to join us when the weekly Zoom meetings begin.
