Next Generation Teams

Raising kids who hold fast in a world that moves fast.

Lake Nona moves fast — families arrive, families relocate, and the average stay is
only a few years. That's exactly why we invest so deeply in the next generation:
we want every child and student rooted and grounded in the gospel, growing into
oaks of righteousness (Isaiah 61:3) — strong, fruitful, and stable enough to
withstand any storm that comes their way. These teams partner with parents to
make that happen, one Sunday at a time.

TrinityKids
Our desire is simple: every child known, loved, and rooted in the gospel.
TrinityKids volunteers make that real — welcoming kids to their class, bringing
the sermon to life through our drama team, leading small groups of 8–10 kids in
discussion, or serving as a floater or at check-in so every child is safe and every
parent has peace of mind. There's a role for every personality and comfort level,
and you don't need teaching experience — we'll train you, and you'll never serve
alone. You just need to believe that children are disciples now, not later.

Trinity Students
Trinity Students builds on the foundation laid in TrinityKids — helping middle
and high schoolers build real relationships with one another while we engage
their hearts and minds with the gospel, equipping them for a life of faithfulness.
This fall that means the Heart Project, a discipleship journey through the Psalms
facilitated by a team of men who have committed to showing up for these
students week after week. If you're an adult who will learn a student's name, ask
honest questions, and keep showing up, there's a place for you on this team —
and few things you do will be more meaning or more enjoyable.
